Impacto do Fundo Constitucional do Centro Oeste - FCO para o desenvolvimento da indústria no Estado de Goiás : um estudo multicasos no Estado de Goiás - Brasil

Abstract

A pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar o impacto de desenvolvimento empresarial das indústrias do Estado de Goiás que usufruíram de recursos subsidiados do Fundo Constitucional de Financiamento (FCO), no período entre 2004 a 2014. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de natureza quanti-qualitativa, em que os dados foram coletados por meio do Instrumento de Entrevista Semiestruturada e documental, com a participação de três indústrias, sendo uma de Goiânia, Abadia de Goiás e Trindade, no período entre maio a junho de 2018. O estudo contemplou dados que mostraram que houve um significativo impacto na economia regional e consequentemente na geração de empregos e renda para a população goiana. Os investimentos foram desde infra-estrutura até vagas de empregos operacionais, impactando de forma direta na economia da Região Metropolitana de Goiânia. As indústrias são de segmentos diversos, porém, investiram os valores da referida linha de crédito em benfeitorias, no aumento da produção. Diante dos resultados apresentados junto a três indústrias de diferentes segmentos, pode se notar que cabe ressaltar os avanços da política regional brasileira, seja do ponto de vista da maior disponibilidade de recursos, seja em termos do seu aprimoramento institucional e legal, seja do processo de monitoramento e avaliação da política.

To analyze the impact of business development on the industries of the State of Goiás, which benefited from subsidized resources from the Central Western Constitutional Fund (FCO), between 2004 and 2014. This is a quantitative-qualitative research, in which the data were collected through the Semistructured and Documentary Interview Instrument, with the participation of three industries, one from Goiânia, Abadia de Goiás and Trindade, between May and June 2018. Results: The study included data that showed that there was a significant impact on the regional economy and consequently on the generation of jobs and income for the population of Goiás. The investments went from infrastructure to vacancies of operational jobs, impacting directly on the economy of the Metropolitan Region of Goiânia. The industries are of different segments, however, they invested the values of said line of credit in improvements, in the increase of the production. In view of the results presented to three industries from different segments, it can be noted that it is worth noting the advances of the Brazilian regional policy, from the point of view of the greater availability of resources, in terms of its institutional and legal improvement, process of monitoring and evaluating the policy.
